By disclosing your personal data, you are expressly giving your consent to the data being stored for 30 years for liability reasons or until the consent is revoked according to the respective legal regulations, starting from when the contract was concluded.

2. DATA PROTECTION DECLARATION

Every purchase on our website is performed using the best commercially available encryption methods (HTTPS over TLS). This makes sure that your transactions are secure and that no information can be forwarded to unauthorised third parties.

Cookie Guidelines

With these cookie guidelines, the website operator informs the website user about the usage of cookies or similar storage technologies (hereafter “cookies”) on this website.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files created by the browser on the user’s end device to store particular information. The next time our website is loaded on the same end device, the information stored in the cookies is sent back to our website (“First Party Cookie”) or another website to which the cookie belongs (“Third Party Cookie”).

The website can recognise that the user has already loaded and visited the website using the web browser on his end device through the information stored in the cookie which is sent back. We use this information to display the website optimally to the user according to his preferences.
In doing so, only the cookie itself is identified on the end device. Any extended storage of personal data only happens when the user gives us his express consent to do so or if the storage is absolutely necessary to use the offers and retrieved services.

Agreement to the Use of Cookies

Cookies that are not strictly necessary to make the website’s services available are only used after consent. By the user having declared consent to the usage of cookies based on one of the notices (“cookie banner”) from us on the website, he has agreed to use cookies.

The user can customise his cookie settings individually at any time by, for example, activating or deactivating single cookie categories.
How the user can deactivate or delete cookies generally (including the strictly necessary cookies) in his browser is described in the section “Deactivation or Deletion of All Cookies”.

Legal Basis

If the user has declared consent to the usage of cookies based on one of the notices (“cookie banner”) from us on the website, the legitimacy of the data processing is determined under Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. a GDPR. If no consent is requested, our legitimate interest (i.e., interest on the analysis, optimisation, and the commercial operation of this website and its services) in the sense of Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f GDPR serves as the legal basis for the usage of cookies.

Categories of Used Cookies

According to the intended purpose and function, we divide cookies used by the website into the following categories:

strictly necessary cookies;
functional cookies;
performance cookies;
marketing / third party / cookies that require approval

Strictly Necessary Cookies

Strictly necessary cookies make sure that this website or its services are working properly. This means that without these cookies the website or its services cannot be used as intended. This type of cookie is exclusively used by the website’s operator (First Party Cookies), and all information stored in the cookies is only sent to this website.
Strictly necessary cookies cannot be deactivated or activated individually. The user has the possibility to customise his cookie settings or generally deactivate cookies in his browser at any time (see section “Deactivation or Deletion of All Cookies”).

Performance Cookies

Performance cookies collect information about how our website is used to improve its attractiveness, content, and functionality. These cookies help us, for example, to identify whether and which sub-pages of our website are visited. Furthermore, the content which users are especially interested in can also be identified. We collect the number of accesses to a web page, the number of the sub-pages loaded, the time spent on our website, the order in which pages are visited, which search items have led our users to us, the country, the region, and where appropriate the city from which the access originated, as well as the number of mobile end devices which access our website. The IP address of a computer that is passed on for technical reasons is automatically anonymised and does not allow us to infer anything about the individual user.
The website user can withdraw his consent to the use of performance cookies at any time by adjusting his cookie settings respectively.

Deactivation or Deletion of All Cookies

The user can configure his web browser so that the storage of cookies on his end device is generally prevented. Alternatively, he can be prompted every time whether he agrees with the use of cookies. Users can delete cookies that have been created already at any time. How the whole thing works exactly is described in the help feature of the respective web browser.
A general deactivation of cookies may lead to functional restrictions on this website.
