Market-ready products are created from ideas and concepts in eight well-defined steps.
The product idea can be handed over to us in any development phase. The idea and development goal are defined in the first step, and both are written into the performance specifications. This refers to the product requirements, norms that must be observed, the project distribution between the team, the partners, the customer, and going as far as the target price of the end product you want.
The project is guided from these performance specifications. It serves as a basis for the project process, including timing and its related milestones.
This project phase decides whether the product can be realised in terms of the desired goal. Technically, economically, and the time frame that you want.
In this phase, you can profit from our international network of industry and product designers, production facilities, sales partners, engineering companies, etc.
It is usually in this phase that the first test constructions are created. The findings and facts are put together in a final report and then handed over to you.
The idea and product become ‘real’ for the first time. The creation of the design prototype is the basis for the first design analyses, market analyses, and ergonomic studies. In this phase, it is primarily the optical and tactile requirements that are defined.
We are working together with experienced partners in Europe and Asia in this area.
The technical concept is merged together with the design framework and the individual components are checked for compatibility – construction parts, electronics, hardware, battery techniques, charging techniques, wireless components, firmware, app development, etc.
This results in CAD files (2D and 3D) as well as the specifications for electronic hardware, software, interfaces, etc.
A particularly exciting phase of the project loop. Functional prototypes and technical prototypes are created. Following various testing procedures, the pilot production series with up to 100 products comes into existence.
Already in this phase, production processes, tools, used parts, and material selection are optimised.
We are there for you throughout the whole process and make all the necessary documents, information, and products available.

Suitable tools for mass production are created and the product is manufactured “ready for sale” on request. We monitor the production, carry out quality assurance, deliver the packaging design and handle its procurement and manage the worldwide logistics for you.
We make sure that technical support is available for you. If necessary, also a 24/7 service. We also take care of the return service and error analysis for our customers. It is from these steps that issues can be identified to further optimise and develop your product.
